Our version of the Amazing Race pits team vs. team in a scavenger hunt through downtown. Of course we conclude the race at happy hour.
We are results-focused, but that doesn't mean we don't like to cut loose. We regularly host lunches, happy hours, team-building events, and celebrate accomplishments throughout the company.

We participate in the annual IOA Corporate 5K to promote workplace wellness and network with other Orlando companies.
We have been known to shut down early from time to time and head to the bowling alley for some intense competition and fried food.
About once a year we break into small teams, head to a nearby pub and put our heads together to answer arcane questions.
We take Halloween seriously. We crown a winner for individual and group costumes in our annual costume contest.
One of the highlights of the year, we go all out when it comes to toasting the holiday season with a themed holiday party.
We enjoy breaking bread together. We host holiday potlucks, and once a month we cater in lunch for the office.
We give shoutouts for quality work. During company-wide stand up meetings, we call up top performers to spin the prize wheel for a chance to win cash, PTO, and other fun prizes.
